Girls Are Delicate Like Flowers--Inspirational Life Making A Difference

Shellia Kirkendoll-Cooper has launched Inspirational Life Making A Difference established in Nashville, Tennessee from 5th grad thru 12th at-risk and disadvantaged teens. It was opened up to help in the life of disadvantaged girls and The Building Up Strong Girls initiative seeks to guide young women through the difficult issues that hinder their personal growth. We're building awareness of our new program and welcome collaborators and long-term partnerships to provide extensive support to our girl youth and cut costs.

Upon completion of this project the constituents will receive a scholarship for college and life skills that will be used in their everyday lives to become self-sufficient and productive in society. Inspirational Life making a difference will pair a small group of girls with a counselor for 12 months. During that time, they will participate in weekly planned activities to strengthen the relationship between them and improve the girls' confidence and hopefulness. Mentors will receive continuous training throughout the year and will participate in monthly meeting to report the participant's progress.

Mission: To inspire all girls to be strong, smart, and bold through innovative programs, activities, and advocacy.

Vision: Their vision for society is empowered girls and an equitable society and the institutional vision for the organization is to be recognized as the premier organization in Nashville that empowers all girls to realize their potential and exercise their rights. Encouraging Kids That Education Is Still Important

Education is very important to kids, their parents and teachers and administration should always put emphasis on this subject. If a child is acting out you get to the root of the problem and not to listen and easily send them home because of many students that needs attention. The motto is...
"NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND" abusing your authority can get you dismissed.

Children want their education and losing a lot of instructional time is unacceptable and it's not good when an educator causes a child to miss many days from school this is a problem not the solution and defeating the purpose this can cause a child to have low self-esteem and lose interest.

Kids want to express themselves and they want you to hear their side of the story, they may get sarcastic but sending them home for the smallest things will not solve the issues. Education is #1 and we need to enforce this on a daily basis. Parents who are seeking outside assistance from the school try your local Department of Education and Superintendent that overseas your child's school for curriculum.
