According to news reports there are over thirty million unemployed people in the United States of America, this is absurd and not tolerable. Indeed, people are seeking jobs on a daily basis and they want to work quickly and efficiently to help with daily operations.
Employers must give honest and hard working dislocated workers a chance to re-gain a sense of purpose and self-worth. Job seekers are desperate and despair of poverty, becoming homeless, utilities being disconnected.
Giving people a second or third chance to get back in to the workforce arena is a wonderful gesture.
